In life, we encounter different situations that may upset us or make us to defend ourselves. All these tensions take our energy, time and in reality waste our life. Most of the time, the people who talk about you, they don't know you, or they don't know all about your life, therefore, they think about you in a way that goes in their mind. If you take your time to respond them and prove yourself, the only result that you get is stress. People either believe in you, which in this case you don't need to prove yourself, or they don't believe in you which you again can't make them to believe in you. As a consequence, we recommend instead of arguing with them, ignore them and live your own life.
