For the second year, Seattle’s leading chef/restauranteur, Tom Douglas, will partner with SISCA and a restaurant in Iran for Food Diplomacy: Chefs without Borders 2.0. Menus will be exchanged and prepared on both sides of the world in a gesture of friendship and peace.
